Five Important Steps To Keep Your Hair Healthy


Up until the 1970s, it was generally believed that a woman's hair should not be washed more than once a week. It was thought that overly frequent washing was damaging to the hair, and at that time, many new and "improved" shampoos were introduced that could be used every day. 1. Don't wash tangled hair. Comb or brush your hair gently, yet thoroughly, before washing your hair. Make sure that you are not tearing and damaging your hair as you wash.
